Reincarnation - know that all the events in your life happen for a reason
If you accept and meditate on the idea of reincarnation, you will begin to understand that all the events in your life (ties and encounters with other people, accidents, failures, successes) have a reason for happening. The cause may be recent or remote, but it exists. This comprehension will then influence your feelings; once you understand that there is a meaning for everything, you will not rebel, and you will not try to solve your problems with hatred and violence. You know that something that seems unjust to you is, in fact, the debt you have to pay for past faults, and you accept it, you do not blame others for your misfortunes. Finally, the idea of reincarnation spurs you to strengthen your willpower: you strive to make amends for your mistakes, and you avoid doing anything reprehensible in order to build a bright future for yourself.
